Great news for international guests!
From July 4 to July 20, 2025, citizens of 71 countries can visit Belarus without a visa to attend the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk.”
Who qualifies for visa-free entry?
You are eligible if:
You are a citizen of one of the 71 eligible countries and have a valid original or electronic ticket to any festival event at the Summer Amphitheater or the Vitebsk Concert Hall
Each ticket allows one foreign citizen to enter Belarus once, no later than the date of the event listed on the ticket. You can buy the tickets here and here . The last event is planned on 14th of July, that means that you can come to Belarus not later then 14.07.
How to enter Belarus visa-free
- You can enter through any international border checkpoint of the Republic of Belarus
- You must have a valid travel document (passport)
- No visa is required if you meet the above conditions
