As of March 20, 2025, Belarus offers an electronic visa (e-visa) option for citizens of 67 countries. The entire process is online — no visit to an embassy or consulate is required.

Available Types of E-Visas
- Tourism
- Business
- Participation in cultural, sports, scientific, educational events or internships
- Private visits
All electronic visas are single-entry and valid for up to 30 days.
Required Documents
To apply for an e-visa, you need to upload the following:
- Passport scan (personal data page), valid for at least 90 days beyond your planned departure date from Belarus.
- Color photo (35×45 mm), taken within the last 6 months.
- Health insurance valid in Belarus, with coverage of at least €10,000.
- Proof of travel purpose (e.g., hotel booking for a tourist visa).
No official invitation is required for tourist e-visas.
How to Apply
- Register at the portal e-pasluga.by or use the mobile app “E-Pasluga”.
- Select service code 3.04.01 – “Issuance of Electronic Visas”.
- Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
- Pay the visa and service fees online.
- Wait for the decision, which will be sent to your personal account on the portal.
The application must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before your intended date of entry.
Fees
Visa fee:
- €35 for EU citizens
- €60 for citizens of other countries
- Free for Japanese citizens
- Free for children under 12 (EU) or under 14 (others)
Service fee: €6 (applies to all applicants)
Important:
Payment must be made using a bank card owned by the applicant.
Third-party cards (including those issued in Belarus) are not allowed.
Currently, cards issued by banks in the USA and Canada are not supported due to payment system restrictions.
Since January 11, 2025, it has been possible to enter Belarus with a valid Russian visa. Please note that e-visas issued by Russia are not accepted for entry into Belarus.
As of March 20, 2025, travelers can also apply for a Belarusian e-visa. However, this visa does not permit entry into Russia.
Receiving the Visa
The approved e-visa will be available in your personal account on the “E-Pasluga” portal.
You must print the e-visa and carry it during entry, stay, and departure from Belarus.
SMS Authorization Requirement
To create an account at e-pasluga.by and apply for the visa, you must verify your phone number via SMS authorization code.
At the moment, SMS delivery is supported only through operators in the following countries:
Australia, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bahrain, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vanuatu, Vatican, Hungary, Greece, Denmark, Dominica, Iceland, Korea, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Malta, Micronesia, Monaco, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Romania, El Salvador, San Marino, North Macedonia, Seychelles, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore, Slovenia, Uruguay, Finland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Chile, Estonia, Japan.

Points of Entry
With an e-visa, you can enter Belarus through all international checkpoints, including:
- Minsk National Airport
- Regional airports (Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev)
- Border road and rail checkpoints
