• special training in marriage agency organization, held in the International marriage agency Network WDN under the supervision of David Stickney
• speaks English, native Russian
• Took part in the work of the governmental commission of the Republic of Belarus as an invited specialist in the development of licensing rules for marriage agencies in Belarus in 2005
• Had numerous interviews in local Belarusian  media as the head of the biggest marriage and matchmaking agency

Galina Pinchuk, chief manager

• joined the agency in 2004, has huge personal experience as a matchmaker for  Belarusian women and foreign men
• law degree of Belarusian State University. Specialized in Comparative law
• Finished European Union law fundamentals course at European Humanitarian University
• speaks English, German, Italian, some Spanish, native Russian
• 2019 took part in Austrian reality show “Geschaeft mit der Liebe” ATV Channel as Belarusian Matchmaker, broadcasted in 2020
