Travel Update: Visa-Free Entry to Belarus in July 2025

Dear friends,

We’d like to share some important travel news for those planning to visit Belarus in summer 2025.

Current rules:

  • Citizens of 76 countries can enter Belarus without a visa for up to 30 days, but only through Minsk International Airport.
  • EU citizens can enter visa-free for up to 30 days both through the airport and ground border crossings.
  • This means that non-EU citizens normally cannot cross the border by land without a visa.

Exception in July 2025 – Slavianski Bazaar Festival
Belarus will host the Slavianski Bazaar, a major international music event.
In connection with the festival, the government has introduced temporary visa-free entry for citizens of 71 countries. I cannot find the exact list for 2025, but here is the list for previous years , you can estimate if you country is there

Period:
From July 4 to July 20, 2025, travelers from eligible countries can enter Belarus without a visa:

✅ Through any international border crossing point (airport or ground)
✅ With a valid passport or international travel document
✅ If they have a ticket to any event of the Slavianski Bazaar festival

This is a unique opportunity to visit Belarus without a visa even via land borders, including from Vilnius, Warsaw, or Riga.

We’ll be happy to help you plan your visit and provide guidance on how to get your ticket and make use of the visa-free entry.
